Urban Alchemy

Urban Alchemy’s Signature Cleanse has a perfect detoxifying formula that prepares the hair for health or color treatments. When commercial styling products and shampoos are used on the hair, silicone deposits build up preventing treatments from working correctly. Washing our hair with hard water over time also results in mineral and heavy metal buildup which leaves the hair dry, dull and brittle.

With it’s high vitamin C content, the Signature Cleanse thoroughly removes silicones and mineral deposits from the hair. At Sassafras we use this signature cleanse in combination with one of our health treatments for maximum results. If your hair has been compromised from lightening or other chemical treatments we recommend pairing it with Olaplex.  It can also be paired with one of our shine or smoothing shots if your hair is dull or frizzy.

If you are considering changing your color or having a big color treatment we recommend detoxifying your hair prior to your service.  For best results book an urban alchemy health treatment one week before your color appointment for optimal and long lasting colors.
